Sponge cupcake


Bake this cup cake for the gathering tomorrow. First time baking sponge cake, glad it turn out well. Now, hope the guys like it.

Here's recipe on how it's done.

Ingredient:
A) 3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
50g corn oil

B) 50g low protein flour

C) 3 egg whites

D) 50g caster sugar
1g salt

Method:
1) Beat A till well mixed with egg beater
2) Shift B in A mix well.
3) Whisk C till frothy add D and beat till stiff peak.
4) Fold in the egg white mixture to egg yolk in 3 additions, mix till well combine, scope the batter into paper cups till 60% full.
5) Bake in preheated oven at 150'c for about 18-20 min.
